Return and Refund Policy

At dailymart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and all accessories. Returns of non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refund Policy: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be credited to that same card.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please send it back to us for a full refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at refund@dailymart.pk. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Shipping: All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
