- Independent vendors provide all product listings. DailyMart does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any product information or pricing.
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. DailyMart reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
5. Pricing and Payments
- Prices for products are determined by vendors and are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice.
- Payment methods accepted include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, PayPak, Bank Transfer, Instore Credit, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- For COD orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery. For other payment methods, payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times and costs are determined by vendors. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- DailyMart is not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping.
- International shipping is available but may incur additional charges. Customers will be informed of any extra costs before shipment and must confirm the charges.
7. Returns and Refunds
- Returns and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective vendors. Please review the vendor’s return policy before making a purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days once the return is approved. If you paid using COD, the refund will be issued via an alternative method such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, PayPak, Bank Transfer, or Instore Credit.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the website or services.
- Posting false, inaccurate, or misleading content.
